Atlanta’s first public skatepark was greeted with great excitement, featuring a showcase from skateboard legend Tony Hawk, whose foundation contributed $25,000 towards the construction of the new facility. Located alongside the Eastside Trail, the park offers world-class skateboard amenities as well as a playground and multi-use athletic field.

The Skatepark is adjacent to the Eastside Trail and is just down the trail from Historic Fourth Ward Park, which has tremendous features, amenities and recreational offerings of its own.

The park offers useful amenities, including: benches, public restrooms, nighttime lighting, trash/recycling cans and doggie waste bags.
