There are many options for living along the Atlanta BeltLine for a variety of incomes. Below is a list of affordable housing options and information to learn more about leasing opportunities. This list is limited to apartment complexes in which Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. (ABI) and Invest Atlanta have supported affordable housing. The Atlanta BeltLine is not a housing agency and we rely on partnerships to create and preserve affordable housing. Each of these apartment complexes should be contacted individually. Many of these may have units available or wait lists.

The affordable housing dashboard tool tracks affordable housing units created and preserved within the Atlanta BeltLine Tax Allocation District (TAD) and the Atlanta BeltLine Planning Area (BPA). It also provides the available contact information for apartments that have affordable units.
