Vine City
Vine City is a mix of residential houses and school campuses, with Atlanta’s historically black colleges and universities based at the nearby Atlanta University Center. The neighborhood’s western edge is just a few blocks from the BeltLine’s Westside Trail, accesible via Washington Park.
Trails
Westside BeltLine Connector
This multi-use trail is a critical link in the region’s trail network, with connections between job centers, other development activities on the westside of Atlanta, Maddox Park, the Bankhead MARTA station, and the Westside Park.
Westside Trail Extension
The Westside Trail Extension is NOT YET OPEN. Informally known as “the Kudzu Line,” this stretch will extend the existing Westside Trail and connect to the Westside Connector, currently in development by the PATH Foundation.
