High Point

High Point is a neighborhood located just south of the Southside Unpaved Trail along Pryor Road. The neighborhood features single family homes and an apartment community designed for senior citizens.

Arthur Langford, Jr. Park is in the heart of the Joyland neighborhood and is just a few blocks from the unpaved portion of the Southside Trail.

Currently, the majority of the Southside Trail is an open unpaved Trail and provides connectivity between the paved Eastside and Westside Trails on the southernmost part of the Atlanta BeltLine loop. A 0.8 mile paved section is now open to the public and extends from the terminus of the Westside Trail at University Avenue and continues to just west of the I-75/85 overpass.

Getting There

High Point sits adjacent to the I-75/85 Connector just below the BeltLine’s Interim Southside Trail and extends along Pryor Street to the Arthur Langford Jr. Recreation Center.
