During 2022, the Atlanta BeltLine Partnership and the Atlanta Track Club created one of the most popular weekly group runs in Atlanta. Since coming back from COVID in June 2021, the club has hosted 77 club meetups with more than 4,000 people participating. There have been several runs with 100+ participants!
People enjoy that the runs are free, open to anyone (all fitness levels) and no registration is required. Participants come for the 2- or 4-mile fun run/walk and stay to socialize with other runners and enjoy the post-run refreshments. Supporting breweries offer discounts on beverages and sometimes food. The weekly raffle of ABP/ATC swag and gift cards and products from the host breweries has become a participant favorite.
This week we’ll be on the Eastside Trail at BrewDog, (112 Krog St., NE, Atlanta, 30307). Participants should arrive for check-in at 6:15 p.m. The run starts at 6:30 p.m. Paid parking is available in the deck across Krog St. from Stoveworks.
